Experiencia de otro mundo
Iniciar con un ritual de limpieza con copal y agua del cenote para después bajar al inframundo Maya como lo hicieron Hunahpú e Ixbalanqué, detenerte en cada nivel y escuchar las narraciones del Popolvúh que relata el guía, es adentrarte a las raíces de la civilización Maya, en un entorno tan sagrado como místico, pero sobre todo tan bien preservado por sus guardianes de esta era, hacen de esta experiencia algo único que les recomiendo mucho para reconectarnos y por si fuera poco culminar con una cena en el mismísimo Xibalba, con un deleite gastronómico como solo los cocineros ancestrales sabían hacerlo. Sin lugar a dudas les recomiendo vivir esta experiencia de otro mundo. Hermoso Cenote

Très bien
Jolie cenote a 40 minutes de Valladoid a 350 pesos l’entrée par personne. La plus chère des cenotes à des kilomètres à la ronde. Accueil sympathique mais prend des frais si on paye par cb. Horaire d’ouverture jusqu’à 20h ce qui est rare mais lorsque le jour tombe, la cenote est bien trop sombre pour qu’on puisse voir toute sa beauté. On l’aperçoit va t’on dire. On y était seul de chez seul, c’est le point positif. Attention les gps indiquent une entrée d’autoroute a proximité ce qui est faux. Overpriced and "Gimmicky"
While the cave itself is stunning and feels really magical, I am sad to say that our experience was disappointing. We had purchased the romantic dinner package (tour, swim and dinner in the cave) for $143 USD and were very excited about it. But after visiting 3 other cenotes during our trip (this one was #4), this particular one felt like a bit of a racket. The young man at check-in was very nice and found our reservation. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained (restrooms, showers, etc...) Then we waited for our tour guide. There were 8-10 of us on the tour, all Spanish speakers but us. The guide never tried to speak to us in English, even though she knew we didn't speak her language. Not even for important instructions. So we gathered she didn't speak English. That was the first disappointment. The tour was pretty quick and we didn't understand much of it. Then we were asked if we wanted to go in for a swim, which we did. Luckily we already had our suits on under our clothes. The water was only about waist deep, and in the corners where the lights were located, you could see a greasy film on the surface of the water. Then we realized: they never asked us to shower (to remove sunscreen + lotion) beforehand. And there was never an opportunity to do so. No wonder the water was dirty... They asked how long we wanted to stay in the water because our waiter would set up our dinner. We came out of the water and had no place to change our clothes, so my hubby held a towel around me while I removed my wet suit, and I did the same for him. It was a bit awkward, especially with another couple eating their romantic dinner nearby... Then dinner. The waiter was great, but the food was just ok. Chips and salsa as the appetizer, then chicken & rice, followed by the smallest dessert I'd ever seen (but it was tasty). Some kind of indigenous sounding music was playing on a loop the whole time we were in the cave, which we weren't huge fans of. We would've preferred the peace & quiet of the underground. All in all, not a horrible experience, but WAY overpriced. Beautiful cave, but much too "gimmicky". We much preferred the more natural cenotes.

Experiencia única
Poder bañarte sin gente en esa cueva es una experiencia única! Me dio un poco miedo por la música, que crea un ambiente de inframundo, como lo creían los mayas… pero lo recomiendo! Hermoso lugar para conocer
Fuimos en familia, cuando llegas al lugar ciertamente no parece que exista éste lugar, como casi todos los lugares de cenotes en Yucatán éste es un lugar lleno de misticismo, historia pero sobre todo de cosas hermosas, en el recorrido te llevan viendo el cenote y las diversas formaciones que ha hecho el agua en las tocas a través de los años, el premio al llegar al final del recorrido es que te puedas echar un buen chapuzón y refrescarte en el agua que está a una temperatura bastante agradable, el lugar cuenta con un espacio para cambiarse y para comer, de esos lugares que siempre recordarás

One night in Valladolite is more than enough

Stunning cenote but expectations fell a little short
Definitely a special place and they are working hard to make it good experience. I think we got a bit over excited by all the glowing reviews though and felt like we had to reset our expectations a little when we experienced it. The underground cenote is a truly amazing spectacle. The mandatory tour sets the scene with a little Mayan mythology as you enter it. However, don’t expect the bright, blue lagoon type scene that the pictures show. It’s pretty dark in there - but also very atmospheric. A big group was just wrapping up when we entered and once they left we were in there with just 5 other people and we all just silently floated in the clear water experiencing the sounds the cave. Pretty magical and my daughter loved it. My son not so much though as he was expecting a bit more swimming and the ability to jump in! This is definitely more of a spiritual experience and not a water park! The staff and our guide were nice and friendly. I would have liked the option to just visit the cenote without the tour at half the price to be honest. This ended up being over 6x the price of our visit to Cenote Zaci in Valladolid. Sure, this is more spectacular and includes a tour but, still. Had our guide brought the location alive for us with his passion and his knowledge like our guide at Chichén Itzá then I could have maybe lived with it but wasn’t even close. If you want to charge premium prices you need the premium experience to go with it. Still a memorable visit but didn’t quite measure up to what the reviews led us to believe.

Amazing in every way!
Absolutely amazing cenote and experience! 100% worth the drive! The people who run the park were extremely polite and helpful, and the cave / cenote were like nothing I have ever seen before. It is a beautiful and spiritual experience to enter the cave and swim in the waters. Also, don't pass up a chance to be blessed by the Mayan Shaman - very powerful! Stunning!
One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. We did a private evening tour which included a delicious meal. The guide spoke pretty good English and had lots of Mayan information and knowledge about the cave. It’s a stunning place! The highlight of our time in Valladolid!
